FAQ (frequently asked questions)
I'm sure you have lots of questions. I have answered the most frequently asked questions below. If you don't see your question being answered below don't hesitate to contact me directly.
How far in advance/soon should I book my dinner?
Book your dinner as soon as you know when you want your dinner. You can book as far out as two months from the date you are requesting. I will decline requests that are within four(4) days of original request.

What area(s) do you service?
I will travel to all counties located in Metro Atlanta, the areas between Gainesville and Franklin, NC. If you are interested in services outside of my current area, don't hesitate to reach out and we can still make it happen.

What is included with the base rate for a dinner?
My base rate includes 3-courses and basic table set-up. The initial consultation with menu planning is also included.

How do I pay for my events?
I process all of my payments through Square and invoices will be emailed to you prior to your event. Square accepts all major credit cards and also includes the option for ACH bank transfer. If you need other accommodations for payment processing we can discuss on a case by case basis.

Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your event within 72 hours of your event?

Does it matter what type of kitchen I have in my home?
It doesn't matter what type of kitchen you have. As long as you have a stove and oven I am able to work my magic.

Do I need to do any shopping for ingredients or clean up when you are done?
I do all the shopping for ingredients and I clean up after so your kitchen will look like I wasn't even there.

What do I need to do prior to your arrival?
I just need a counter cleared off and a small amount of refrigerator space. Other than that you don't need to do anything special prior to my arrival.

Do you bring your own plates?
I bring everything that I will need. I bring my own plates, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Just let me know in advance if you would like me to use your plates.

Do you have anyone helping you with the dinner?
Parties of six(6) or more I will have an assistant helping me with the serving of the food. I don't have an assistant with smaller parties. If you have a smaller party and are specifically requesting a server there will be an additional fee for the server.

Once I sign the contract will I be able to make any changes?
There will be a deadline for changes for all dinners. This date will be stated on the contracted. Any changes that I am able to accommodate after that deadline date will incur additional fees.

What is ServSafe certification?
This means that I have taken a class and have passed the test to prove that I know how to safely handle and store all the ingredients I will be using for your dinner.
