From the time I submitted request, she was quick to respond on her availability and ideas for a special dinner to celebrate a friend's milestone birthday! She continued to be responsive over e-mail, text and phone in preparation for the dinner and she was extremely accommodative to personal food requests. The day of the dinner she arrived on time, incredibly organized and ready to go! The food was AMAZING! Every single course was delicious (beyond my expectations)! If you're questioning which dessert... PEACH GALETTE! So full of flavor!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, CHEF JAN! She will exceed your expectations.

With all of this experience I am able to provide you with a fine dining restaurant experience in the comfort of your own surroundings. We can create a menu like you won’t be able to find anywhere or I can recreate your favorites.
